How to Lose Weight with Detox Water

How to go about Losing weight is something that is being searched by everyone nowadays.Busy lives and hectic lifestyles spare us with no time for joining gym or fitness classes and we want to lose weight by doing something easy.

Fruits and vegetables infused water is the latest diet trend nowadays. Things You Will Need


Water - 1 Jug ( 4-6 Glasses)
Cucumber - 1
Lemon - 1
Ginger - 1 small Piece
mint Leaves - 15 to 20

Procedure


Take  water in a jug 




Take cucumber and lemon and cut them in round slices.
Take a piece of ginger and chop it in small pieces.
Take 15-20 leaves of mint
 


Add all the above ingredients to the water jug and keep it in the refrigerator overnight

 



After you get up in the morning, drink 1 glass of this infused water and drink the remaining water half an hour before lunch and dinner

 


You don`t need to strain the vegetables.The vegetables will remain at the bottom and will not get into your glass.you can use the vegetables for 2 days at a stretch.First drink the entire water in a day and then at night again refill the jug and consume the water the next day.At the end of second day you will need to change the veggies, you will have to throw them as you already had all the nutrients of veggies in the water.

There`s one more option of using the veggies.Make their puree in a grinder and add it to a bucket full of water.You can use this water to water your plants.It is very good for plants.your plants will grow more healthy and will thank you for this.


While the infused water is full of flavor and will keep you fresh and going, it does not have any calories.Drink this water continuously for 5 days and then take a 2 days break.Then again drink this water for five days and again two days break and so on.

Ingredients

Cucumber     -   1 small
Yellow Pepper   - Half Small
Red Pepper   -      Half Small
onion             -   Half Small
Tomato    -      1 small
Salt 
Pepper Powder
Lemon juice - 1 Teaspoon
 




Chop the Cucumber in a bowl



Chop the yellow pepper and add it to cucumber





Chop the Red Pepper










Chop the Onion and add it to other vegetables





now cut the tomato and add to the vegetables




Add salt to taste





Add Pepper to taste





Add Lemon Juice




Mix all the ingredients and healthy weight loss salad is ready.

Coconut Oil                 2 Cup
Garlic                           5-6  Cloves
Onion                           1 Small
Curry Leaves              15 - 20
Fenugreek Seeds         Half Teaspoon
Almond Oil                 2 Tablespoon
Castor Oil                    2 Tablespoon 


 


Take 2 cup Coconut Oil  and heat it in a pan






Add The Curry Leaves







Add the fenugreek seeds 






Add The Onions







Add The Garlic Cloves


 
Keep stiring and cook the oil for 8 minutes till the curry leaves turn brown and the onions turn golden in color











                                  Now add 2 Tablespoon Castor Oil




Add 2 Tablespoon Almond Oil




                Switch off the gas and keep it uncovered for 1 hour




When the oil cools down , strain it and store it in an Air Tight Container









Massage this oil in your hair roots and Hair Length and leave it for 2-3 hours followed by your shampoo. You can apply the oil at bed time and leave it overnight.This will strengthen the hair folicies and stop premature graying of hair as well.Castor oil will promote fast hair growth.Just 1 application of this oil will show you the results


Sauteed Vegetable Salad or vegetable kebabs

Grilled vegetable or vegetable kebabs are not only delicious but they are a healthy treat for the tummy as well.

Mushrooms             1 packet
red capsicum           1 Medium sized
Yellow capsicum      1 Medium Sized
Green capsicum       1 Medium Sized
Baby carrots            2 Medium
Curd
Salt
Pepper
Red Chili powder
Olive Oil - 2 to 3 drops only


You may include any other healthy vegetables of your choice which you want to eat for the dinner tonight.

I am in love with my rainbow vegetables and if you don`t like any of these veggies, you are free to leave it and add any veggie of your choice that will enhance your taste.

This is one of the healthiest dinner if you are on a spree of losing lots of weight and inches off your tummy and still manage to eat delicious dinner.

Here is the detailed recipe of how to prepare these delicacies to be eaten by you.

Please note that I m not using any kind of electronic device, Instead I would cook them In a non stick pan with 2 drops of olive oil.

For those who do not want to cook them in a non stick pan can grill them in a griller or an Oven.

Take hung curd in a bowl and to it add salt, red chili powder, and pepper and 1 teaspoon of tandoori masala if you want(optional)Mix all the above vegetables in the curd and keep them in the fridge for 3-4 hours.Let them marinade properly

Your curd will look like this.

 



Put the vegetables in this curd and keep them aside in the refrigerator.
Let them marinade.


 

  





Now take 3-4 drops of oil in a non stick pan and then add all the sauteed vegetables and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.Then add a tablespoon of curd and let it cook again for 2-3 minutes.

 
Now on high flame cook it for 5 minutes.Keep it tossing so that they wont stick to the pan.Again on low flame cook for 5 minutes and then on high flame for 3 minutes.



Now add black pepper, chili flakes and oregano to it.Your yummy no oil kebabs are ready .Serve it hot and see those pounds and flab melting down with each passing day.
