Grilled vegetable or vegetable kebabs are not only delicious but they are a healthy treat for the tummy as well.
The
marinated veggie kebabs are packed with tons of flavor and healthy
suppliment to any other unhealthy snack.If all the non vegetarians would
know this healthy treat, i bet they will soon love to become
vegetarians.These colorful veggies are so appealing that they would

INGREDIENTS
Mushrooms 1 packet
red capsicum 1 Medium sized
Yellow capsicum 1 Medium Sized
Green capsicum 1 Medium Sized
Baby carrots 2 Medium
Curd
Salt
Pepper
Red Chili powder
Olive Oil - 2 to 3 drops only
You may include any other healthy vegetables of your choice which you want to eat for the dinner tonight.
I
am in love with my rainbow vegetables and if you don`t like any of
these veggies, you are free to leave it and add any veggie of your
choice that will enhance your taste.
This
is one of the healthiest dinner if you are on a spree of losing lots of
weight and inches off your tummy and still manage to eat delicious
dinner.

Here is the detailed recipe of how to prepare these delicacies to be eaten by you.
Please
note that I m not using any kind of electronic device, Instead I would
cook them In a non stick pan with 2 drops of olive oil.
For those who do not want to cook them in a non stick pan can grill them in a griller or an Oven.
Take
hung curd in a bowl and to it add salt, red chili powder, and pepper
and 1 teaspoon of tandoori masala if you want(optional)Mix all the above
vegetables in the curd and keep them in the fridge for 3-4 hours.Let
them marinade properly
Add salt
Add Red chili Powder
Add pepper
Your curd will look like this.
Put the vegetables in this curd and keep them aside in the refrigerator.
Let them marinade.
Now take 3-4 drops of oil in a non stick pan and then add all the sauteed
vegetables and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.Then add a tablespoon of
curd and let it cook again for 2-3 minutes.
Now
on high flame cook it for 5 minutes.Keep it tossing so that they wont
stick to the pan.Again on low flame cook for 5 minutes and then on high
flame for 3 minutes.
Now
add black pepper, chili flakes and oregano to it.Your yummy no oil
kebabs are ready .Serve it hot and see those pounds and flab melting
down with each passing day.
