 Healthy Broccoli Zucchini Weight Loss Fruit Salad

 

   

 

 Here `s an easy Salad everyone can make...And one easy task everyone can do to lose weight everyday.
Eat one super food everyday and enjoy it.You do not nee to go to expensive stores for that, It is easily available with the Local Vegetable vendors...I m Talking about Zucchini here..Zucchini is one of the best weight loss food which is also very good for overall health of the body.Zucchini has a great natural flavor and is a great diet food.Along with Zucchini Broccoli is also a very good vegetable which is very healthy.Combination of all these fruits and vegetables will give you a healthy yet delicious salad.

My idea of weight loss is that you can eat anything healthy for breakfast preferably Eggs.

For Lunch eat a well balanced meal including pulses, curd and chapati

For dinner, you should eat only salads with a healthy dressing of your choice.

Dressings make salads more delish  and give you the feeling that you are eating something yummy..



INGREDIENTS


1 Small Broccoli
1 Cucumber
1 Apple
1 Teaspoon Corn
Half Zucchini
1 Teaspoon salt
Half Teaspoon Black Salt 
1 -2 Teaspoon Veg Mayonnaise 
Thyme
Basil
Black pepper
Lemon Juice 
Pomegranate Seeds

Serves -4 

 


 

 

How to Prepare Broccoli Zucchini Weight Loss Fruit Salad

 


 


Take a small Broccoli and cut it into small florets.
Take 1 teaspoon corn. (As Corn are rich in carbohydrates , we will not take much of corn.We will take only 1 teaspoon corn , just to add the taste of corn to our Salad.Boil them for 2 to 3 minutes in a pan .



 


Take half Zucchini and Cut it in small cubes






Take 1 Cucumber and cut it into small cube sized pieces


 


Take 1 Carrot and cut it into small pieces


 


Take one Apple and again cut it in Small Cubes


 


Mix all the Veggies and Fruits and add 1 teaspoon salt to it.



 


Add 1- 2 teaspoon Veg Mayonnaise






Add Black Salt and Black Pepper To taste


 


Sprinkle Thyme and basil Or any other seasoning you want to add to the salad according to your taste .




























Add 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice






Mix all the Ingredients well.


 



Add 1 Tablespoon Pomegranate seeds


  



 




 


And again mix it lightly with the help of a spoon.
Healthy and delicious salad is ready.
Loaded with nutrients and very less in carbohydrates...this is one delish You will relish every time you have it.
