Cucumber And Peanut Salad Recipe

Salads are a big yes yes nowadays..People are becoming more and more health conscious and finding their meals in salads and soups.Earlier eating salad for any meal or under any diet used to be so boring but now there are a lot of new salads everyday with different variations that eating salads is no longer a boring task.I love eating salad and as I m a diet conscious woman, I keep experimenting with different kinds of salads.Here s a very easy and very healthy recipe of my favorite cucumber and peanuts salads.Though I have not use any dressing you can use a low fat dressing as well.


INGREDIENTS


1 Cucumber
2 Tablespoon Peanuts
2 tablespoon Boiled Sprouts 
Salt
Peeper
Thyme
Oregano
Coriander Leaves
Lemon juice



Take 1 large cucumber and cut it in small cubes.



  

Take 2 tablespoon Roasted Peanuts




  
Take 2 Tablespoon Boiled sprouts


 



Mix the peanuts with the cucumbers 




Now add the sprouts to the chopped cucumbers





Add Half Teaspoon Salt
Half Teaspoon Pepper
Oregano
And basil  

 


Add Chopped coriander leaves
Top with Lemon juice or vinegar

 



This is a very yummy yet healthy salad.The peanuts gives a crunchy tastes and the aroma of sprouts add a flavor to the salad.If you want to follow any kind of diet or lose weight , this is the best salad you can have for dinner.
