Broccoli And Apple Healthy Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS


1 Small Broccoli
1 Tomato
1 Apple
1 Onion
1 Capsicum
Lettuce leaves
Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves
2 Tablespoon Mayonnaise or cream
1 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice or Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
1 Teaspoon crushed garlic
1 Teaspoon Soya sauce
Oregano



Method


Cut the Broccoli Into small florets.






 Boil water in a pan and add salt to the water and then let it boil.When the water starts boiling, add the broccoli florets and let them boil for 1 minute.After 1 minute take out the broccoli in a strainer and rinse in cold water.





 Mix the cream, tomato sauce, soya sauce, lemon juice, salt,pepper , chopped coriander, chopped mint leaves and garlic in a mixer and make a paste for dressing the salad.







Cut the apple in small square pieces without peeling it.

Take the capsicum and chop it in small pieces as well.









Take a large sized bowl and mix apple, broccoli and capsicum in it.










Take the dressing and spread in on the veggies.


 

Garnish with lettuce leaves and sprinkle black pepper and oregano for seasoning







Keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve it chilled
