 Homemade Moong Sprouts Salad

 


Sprouted moong is loaded with proteins so for all those who are looking forward to loose pounds, maintain their figure green gram sprouts are the best as you can cook them in just no time and you don`t have to run here and there to arrange for thee ingredients.You can easily find all the ingredients in your kitchen.This salad is best for those who are not much into cooking or lazy fellows like me who don`t like to cook.
 
 And the best part is that there are many versions of it.You can modify it according to your taste and comfort.You can even buy sprouted green gram from the market but it is always better to make them at home.For sprouted green gram what all you need to do is

Take 1 bowl green gram and soak them in water overnight
Then for 12  hours wrap them in a cloth or a hanky after straining them in a strainer.You can use the left over water to water your plants as this water will promote their growth and act as a good fertilizer.Your green gram sprouts are ready.In this recipe you will need to boil or steam the green gram a little so that they are partially cooked. Now you just need to make salad out of it.


INGREDIENTS 

1 Bowl Boiled Green Gram
1 chopped Onion
1 Chopped Tomato
lemon juice  - 1 Teaspoon
green chili -1
Chat Masala -  1/2 Teaspoon 
Pomegranate seeds  - 1 Tablespoon
salt
Red chili powder



Take the boiled beans in a bowl





Add Chopped Onion





                                       Add Chopped Tomato


                                          Add Pomegranate seeds

                      


                                    Add Chopped green chili    



Add Chat masala
 

Add Salt

 


Add Lemon Juice
 


Add Red Chili Powder






           Mix Well And mouth watering sprouts are ready
