Royal Italian Vegetable Salad

This is a very Healthy royal salad. I call it royal because it is made with all the expensive vegetables...Just kidding.It is must for you to eat this salad if you are looking to loose some weight.
This green vegetable salad is very low in calories and rich in fiber..It will make you feel full fast and you can have this salad for dinner instead of going for a high card menu.

INGREDIENTS 


 1 cucumber
 Half bowl corn
1 packet mushroom
Small size broccolli
9-10 baby corn
Half red capsicum
Half yellow capsicum

mustard sauce 1 tablespoon
Salt according to taste
Vinegar 2 tablespoon
Black pepper half teaspoon
Veg mayonnaise 1 teaspoon
Basil 
Thyme 



Step 1


Cut all the vegetables in small cubes except broccolli and corn

 STEP 2

Boil water in a pan




STEP 3  

 Add the chopped mushrooms, babycorn and corn to the boiling water and bring it to boil.Let the vegetables boil for 5 minutes.And let the remaining vegetables remain in the plate.We will add the remaining vegetables after 5 minutes because capsicums and broccolli should not be boiled much with other vegetables because boiling them for more than 2 minutes will steal their crispy taste and they wont taste good.


Step 4  

Take a big bowl and put cucumber in it.




STEP 5

Now add the remaining vegetables to the boiling vegetables and let them boil for 2 more minutes.




STEP 6

Strain the vegetables in the strainer And add them to the bowl containing cucumber.

Take musturd sauce 1 tablespoon
Salt according to taste
Vinegar 2 tablespoon
Black pepper half teaspoon
Veg mayonnaise 1 teaspoon
Basil 
Thyme 
and add them to the salad






and finally Yummy salad is ready. It is full of nutrients and low in calories
